As a part of the Contemporary Artistic Process: Explored and Revealed Series, John Jasperse is embarking on a series of Open Rehearsals, which will follow the trajectory of a new evening-length performance work Canyon as it develops over the coming year. This event will feature a live rehearsal of the work in development followed by a discussion with the artists and the audience. The open rehearsal process affords the public a look into the sometimes serpentine process of creation.
